1) Digital Trade Tracker (August 2020 – )
Examines digital trade negotiations and the rules of digital within trade negotiations.
The goal is to support trade negotiators, particularly those with less knowledge in this area, to build their awareness on this topic. It is important not only to think about the present implications of such negotiation but how such rules might shape domestic policy space and future directions in the digital economy
2) Tech images (Aug 2025 – )
The shifts and impacts of history are told by the images that represent key points in time…..But how do we narrate the rise of a global digital economy which is embedded in technologies and technocratic discussions of policy.
This is an ongoing collection of (near) historical digital tech images that attempts to move beyond the staid images often used to discuss such digital issues to some that provide a richer sense of key moments.
Images are from reports, from archives , from online – I particularly focus on images that are being lost as websites go down that represent key moments. Each post includes a brief outline of this moment.
Some of these may eventually appear as a few lines in a book I am writing…
